Tuesday Group - RUINS

This was the second and final week for our RUINS project. In the RUINS we practised use of spongeing, sandpapering, stippling, flicking, spraying, using rock salt, and we learnt how to use hand-torn paper-masking. And one adventurous learner added ground pumice to the paint for a really exciting rough surface texture. All paintings show how we are adding great skills to each of our personal watercolours toolbox of techniques and knowledge. We are now adding experimentation and daring! Enjoy the feast:
