It is a Bank Holiday Monday next week so no class next week for this group. Everyone has been tasked with finding source images for the next project - urban/rural landscape. If people have time at home they can start to analyse their source image(s) by drawing thumbnails (two small drawings: line then tone) and if they feel confident they can start painting the ground colours (lighter, less detailed painting) ready for adding the more detailed layers in class on 13 May. Resource images and tips have been added to the resources pages in case anyone struggles to find an image and of good quality. These have a basic theme of "people leaving a mark on the countryside" plus "urban views".
